Drum and Bass is a type of fast paced electronic dance music. this genre of music is sometimes quite hard to distinguish as there are a vast number of different sub genres and elements within the jungle genre. However one common but not univeral trait is the snare beat dropping on the 2nd and 4th bass beat, and also the tempo which is usually 160-180 BPM.
